Secure and Insured Shipping
All orders are shipped using established and reputable delivery providers. Depending on the size, value, and destination of your order, we may use fully tracked and insured courier services to provide maximum security during transit.
For higher-value orders, a premium secure courier service may be used. These shipments are:
• Fully tracked from dispatch to delivery
• Fully insured for the duration of transit
• Delivered with signature confirmation and, where applicable, delivery photo verification
Discreet Packaging
All orders are packaged discreetly with no external indication of the contents. Our packaging process is designed to protect both the security and privacy of our customers.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is typically completed within 1–3 business days, depending on your location and the shipping service selected.
Larger or high-value orders may be delivered via a secure specialist courier service. In certain cases, this may involve a two-person delivery team to ensure enhanced security.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, transportation delays, or regulatory checks.
Transfer of Risk
All shipments remain fully insured until confirmed delivery. Risk transfers to you once the package has been delivered and signed for at the specified delivery address.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and secure.
Collection in Person
You may choose to place your order online and collect it in person by prior arrangement.
If you wish to collect your order, you must contact us in advance to schedule an appointment. Orders are stored in secure facilities, and advance notice is required to arrange secure transfer to the designated collection location.
Valid identification will be required at the time of collection.
