Parties
These Terms and Conditions govern the contract between you, the customer, and Bullion Direct Market. By placing an order with us, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Contract Formation
An order placed through our website constitutes an offer to purchase goods or services from Bullion Direct Market subject to these Terms and Conditions.
A binding contract is formed when you place an order and we accept it. Acceptance is deemed to occur when your order is confirmed and the goods are dispatched for delivery or made available for collection.
We are not obliged to fulfil any order until the following preconditions are met:
• Payment has been received in cleared funds
• Identity verification requirements have been satisfied where requested
• No compliance, fraud, or verification issues have arisen
Duration of Contract
The contract begins when your order is placed and accepted and continues until all obligations relating to that order have been fulfilled.

Bullion Direct Market does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Precious metals are subject to market fluctuations. You are responsible for seeking independent professional advice before making investment decisions.
Pricing
All prices are displayed at the time of ordering and may change without notice due to movements in the global precious metals market.
The price payable is the price confirmed at checkout.
If you request additional services after completing an order, those services will be subject to our current pricing at the time of the new request.
Risk Notice
Gold prices are determined by international market conditions and can rise or fall at any time. Past performance is not an indicator of future results. You acknowledge that purchasing gold involves market risk.
Cancellation Rights
Due to the fluctuating nature of gold prices, you do not have a statutory right to cancel once an order has been placed and confirmed.
If you request termination before dispatch or collection, additional charges may apply, including but not limited to:
• A termination fee
• Costs associated with adverse price movements in the gold market
Delivery and Collection
Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. Once delivery is signed for at the specified address, responsibility transfers to you.
You must ensure that the delivery location is secure. We are not responsible for loss after confirmed delivery.
If collection is arranged, valid identification may be required before goods are released.
Ownership and Risk
Ownership of goods passes to you once delivery has been completed or collection has taken place.
Until ownership transfers, all goods remain the property of Bullion Direct Market.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to this, Bullion Direct Market shall not be liable for:
• Loss of profit
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Market losses due to price fluctuations
Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Data Protection
By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may conduct identity verification and anti fraud checks as required by law.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply shortages, transportation delays, market disruption, or regulatory changes.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, text, and images remain the property of Bullion Direct Market and may not be used without written permission.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version applicable to your order will be the version in force at the time of purchase.
Governing Law
